How to get help

Stuck, lost something, or did you see someone breaking the rules? These are the ways to reach us.

1. Ask in the Help channel (in game) Press Ctrl+O or click the channel button in the console and open Help. Tutors and gamemasters read it, and other players often answer first. Characters have to be past level 1 to speak in channels.
2. Report a player, or ask for a gamemaster Write a ticket in the Helpdesk (log in first): the character's name, what happened, when and where. A gamemaster checks the server logs and answers in the ticket, so look back there. If a gamemaster is online you can also send a private message in game; the names are below.
3. Account problems and payments Lost your password? Use your recovery key on the Lost account page. Everything else (points that did not arrive, a hacked account, a deleted character) goes in a Helpdesk ticket, never in a public channel.
4. Discord Join our Discord for news, the server status and a chat with the community and the team.

Staff never ask for your password. Nobody from the team needs it, not even to help you.
